the year is drawing to a close. The days are short. All too soon it will be dark. Current events often only give rise to gloomy thoughts. Perhaps we have forgotten that the time between the years can be very powerful and strengthening. Olaf Ästeson once dreamed his reality during the twelve Holy nights (or Christmastide). Now that the earth is at rest there is an opening in space and time. So, when we become still, we can awaken something of this mystery in us, knowing full well that the light will be re-born in the darkest time of the year.
Those who take an observant walk in the countryside during these days can connect powerfully with earth consciousness. Animals cross your path out in the forest. You meet the beauty of nature in the eyes of shy deer or in the call of a buzzard. You listen to the silence in the branches, the whisper of sleeping grass. Here and there tree stumps pull you under their spell. You visualize the stump as a healthy, strong trunk. Full of light and beautiful as it once was, it rises with its crown up into the sky. Or a stone calls you, on which you place your palm and feel the warmth flowing into the cold. You bring gifts to the forest - carrots, nuts, oatmeal, grains, lettuce ... smoke. With light-filled movement and pure tones of the vowels, you soothe yourself and your surroundings. Or you do one of the quiet, inwardly sounding Eurythmy4you exercises.

Look forward to 2021 - the year of the high sensitivity!
The coming year is all about sensitivity. Starting out with the guided online HSP group course from April 25 to June 27, 2021 - learn not only to cope with the challenges of high sensitivity, but also grow from them. You can find information here:
From July 5th to 9th we will dive into the topic of high sensitivity in Bochum for a week. Lecturers are Renate Zwicker and Theodor Hundhammer. This course is held in German language and offers study credits. Further information may be found here:
From July 25th to 30th we will hold our summer festival in Biel. The topics are the connection between embryology and high sensitivity, how the development processes in the embryo are organized, and that these forming processes are never completely finished. Information can be found here:
