Dear friends from Eurythmy4you!

Far away from the settlements, in the snow-covered forests of North America, in icy January, hungry wolves howl. It is the "wolf month". Now nature is still. Plants have withdrawn into the ground. Birds only sing softly, deliberately. Animals rest.

But the wolf doesn't sleep. Master Rawbone wanders through the bare forest looking for prey. In Europe we know him as the "lone wolf" who has to make ends meet. Sometimes he covers hundreds of kilometers. His reserves of strength never seem to run out. Isegrim has a bad reputation, he is sometimes said to be malicious and stupid. But Lupus, who runs alone, has to be smarter than everyone else to survive!

However, it is also known that wolves are very social beings. They like to live in packs, help each other and give each other warmth. The female tenderly cares for her children, the father gives protection. The older ones willingly take care of younger siblings. The rough fellows are harmonious!

In our day we are sometimes driven to howl like lone wolfs. But we have a choice! We can make use of the achievements of our time: simply click into the pages of Eurythmy4you. There, amongst others, you will find webinars on strengthening the autonomic nervous system - exactly what you need to counter the cold forces that are currently surrounding us.

Have a beautiful, ever brightening winter. Kind regards!

The webinar "Exercises for the Autonomic Nervous System" starts on Monday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m.

If you take a look at the course, you will find several lessons from Theodor in the introduction. He describes the vegetative nervous system and its peculiarities, which we will take up later in eurythmy. Because the most important thing in eurythmy exercises that are to have an effect is that the body feels understood.

Introductory Lessons for "Health for the Autonomic Nervous System"

In the course you will notice that the letters in the word "wolf" have a lot to do with the autonomic nervous system.

  • The W connects the superordinate centers (hypothalamus and limbic system) with the autonomous peripheral processes in the organs.
  • With L we will let the light from the periphery sink very carefully into our lower human being, more perceptive than radiant.
  • Instead of the F (which belongs to the upper system), we will work with the V, a sound that creates mindful connections and has a formative effect through its perceptual quality.

In the webinar you will also get to know these and other exercises for the autonomic nervous system. Let yourself be surprised.
